Cloudy weather ... määäääh
After the last two road units at temperatures around freezing, the motivation for similar weather conditions as much as possible in the cellar. Would leave the broth in the sky little knowledge and even show some sun, then it would be more bearable, but as I control just in time to secure my typical motivation hole to the end of preparation time.
2009, I had to really worry about it, as I forced my meniscus and a bungling medical "treatment" to a long absence. 2010 I have if the cold winter just generally less trained and therefore had in mind the necessary freshness. But now, after so many role-kilometers as never before collected I, I must say after 4 months of rest from competition once again, that raises the question: What exactly do I train really again? ;)
Without regular competitions, it is hard for me to train regularly for a sport. As soon as the first race in Sonnenberg is completed, I am rather slow, so I do not train too much, as I did in 2008 times. But up to 3.4. Are there still 1.5 months, so I'll see how I got this time on bridge yet. A better weather there would certainly help. Only 3, 4 degrees warmer, which would be enough. But I think / hope times that of the slow winter in our area from late February wears off and you can intervallieren with 5 or more degrees on the street. Then time goes by Sonnenberg hopefully fast enough to say it again: "The command is: Warning - Driver down!" :)
