Now it is finally, on Wednesday (September 22, 2010) has begun the earthworks. The trench is dug, then where will give the basement. Unfortunately also this time not active NCC announced the start of construction, we had to ask again. That is very unfortunate, but it will be for many NCC customers the first and only house, which they build. Then you could at NCC on such important dates minimum point.
We now hope for good weather because if it rains too much, first, the excavation will be a pool, and second, the bottom plate is not as well built. But as much as in recent days, it can not actually raining on. Therefore we are optimistic that it may soon move on. And then we can surprise us again by NCC when we look at the construction site according to the state of things.
a "problem" remains to be seen: the sand from our pit is used to backfill the excavation of another house. What is then really our excavation? We keep around our house a ditch, a kind of moat? Then should I order from the special order list perhaps the bascule bridge and the roller door ;-). And what does this actually digging or is it a gift from NCC?
