... not my form, but my weight! Since the end of last season I had put incredible six pounds of muscle - and I only just started in mid January with the weight training in the gym. Is indeed strange that I had put too much muscle mass without studio, eh? ;)

The weight I am right now but also plenty of care, because I recently fell back to an old problem. Probably a bit too much work on the leg press, then on the roll with the knee too far to the outside down (bow legs thanks Football) - and get a twinge in the knee that reminded me of the horror-Winter 2009. However, this time in the right knee, so I hope it was only a mild tendon irritation or firm. I hope that the knee will soon no longer rumz (w) icks and it allows me to put attention on other issues ... such as those 6 pounds "muscle mass" ...
